JVP Shanghai was established in June 2015, committed to the research and development, design and production of transmission gearbox parts, automotive ABS/ESC system precision parts, optical lens parts, medical parts etc, precision product R&D and manufacturing.
We have over 80 employees with rich experience of precision injection moulding skills. Over 12 staff in design and engineering department, over 10 staff in quality control department.
We are able to control the precision level tolerance at ±0．002mm by high precision machining and QC equipment as below, MAKINO high speed CNC, Fanuc high speed CNC, Makino & Sodick sparking EDM, Sodick wire cutting, HEXAGON CMM, NIKON Quadratic element measure, OSAKA Gear Meshing instrument.
