1. Injection mold precision; The key to the precision of injection mold is whether the precision of the specification of the mold shell cavity, the precision level of the cavity part or the precision of the analysis surface meet the requirements of the design scheme.
2. Moulding performance of high-precision injection molded products; High precision injection molds should be selected with fewer cavities, fewer and shorter flow passages, and higher smoothness, which is beneficial to mold ejection.
3. Processability and rigidity of high-precision injection mold; In the mold design scheme, the number of cavities is not suitable for too many. The bottom plate, bearing plate and cavity wall should be as thick as possible to prevent elastic deformation of the product under high temperature and pressure.
4. Production and processing raw materials selected for high-precision injection mold; Steel with high impact toughness shall be selected. The raw materials used to make the mold cavity and sprue shall undergo rigorous heat treatment process. The raw materials shall be of high strength, good wear resistance and strong corrosion resistance.
